unattended samples
I will never eat unattended samples. Store employees should have some standards in how they handle food but you just never know how the customers have fondled these samples. Just thinking about this makes my stomach churn. Think about that the next time you eat an unattended sample:

This is worse than a buffet. At least a buffet has a decently high turnover rate, foods are shielded/heated, and there is a constant flow of people/employees to "police" patrons.
