I got take out recently and happened to catch the restaurant staff doing some very unhygienic things. First, the cashier/owner grabbed my credit card, answered the phone and then used her bare hands to put my pot stickers on the grill. I tried to reason with myself that the heat would kill the bacteria. Then, the other chef came to swipe my card and went back to cooking. Did I mention under his fingernails was all black stuff...? I've got flu-like symptoms now. Coincidence?
Cooking; heating. Washing; bleach. General cleaning; alcohol. It's how I stay sane. I dont mind a mess or clutter, but I cant stand "gross".
